REPA has more than 400 different types of conveyor belts in its assortment. For each industry we have a suitable system in stock. And in cooperation with the customer, we and our technical engineers can develop a unique made-to-measure design that entirely meets your specific wishes.
In our hyper modern production hall where we keep all our equipment – such as a large number of high-frequency presses, heat presses, seal-machines, and stamping machines – we have sufficient capacity to manufacture made-to-measure belts on a 24/7-basis.
There are multiple possibilities in the area of made-to-measure. Each day, REPA produces tracking guides, cleats, sidewalls, and anti-spill edges, in various heights and colours. For the heavier applications, we mainly use fabric-reinforced cleats, also made in-house.
