The area of made-to-measure offers multiple possibilities. REPA manufactures tracking guides, cleats, sidewalls, and anti-spill edges in various heights and colours on a daily basis. For the heavier applications we mainly use fabric-reinforced cleats, also made in-house. We can make these items in several heights. For transporting large quantities of bulk products that have to be entered into the system at a certain angle, we can also deliver kinked cleats. We mostly use blue or white cleats for the food industry. These are oil- and grease-resistant and meet the EU/FDA-requirements.
