REPA Conveyor Belts Ltd. was established in Akersloot (the Netherlands) in 1993. Since then, we have grown extensively. The secret behind our ever increasing success? Being available to our clients 24/7. It’s simple: Excellent quality and quick delivery times are the pillars of REPA’s success. And on top of that, we have been ISO-9001- and VCA-certified since 1998!
In 2020, REPA moved to a new location in Alkmaar. Here, we have had the opportunity to expand our business even further. The size of the Alkmaar location is 35000M2, and all our buildings are equipped with top notch machinery for the production of our plastic and rubber conveyor belts. Our most recent gem is a semi-automatic production line for the vulcanisation of rubber belts with cleats and side walls up to a width of 2600 mm.
In addition, we have several high frequency heat presses at our disposal for the vulcanisation of plastic conveyor belts up to a width of 5000 mm and we have multiple cutting machines. This equipment enables us to realise quick deliveries. Important for both the customers and ourselves, because stagnation means unnecessary costs for all parties involved. Repa also manufactures various types of rollers. Moreover, we can supply all items required for a perfectly functioning conveyor belt system directly from stock.
