Our HQ-rollers are specifically designed for conveyor belt installations that have to meet the highest requirements.
Welding the undersides into the roller is done very thoroughly and always after the chambers in the tube have been turned. This approach is partly responsible for the preciseness of the alignment of the bearers. And as a result, the roller’s running properties are excellent.
The roller has also been sealed very skilfully. By the use of a backseal, for example, the lifespan of the roller is very long.
