Our polyester mesh belts are very suitable for the transport of food products. They meet all FDA/USDA-requirements. The mesh belts are wear-resistant, have excellent guiding properties, and are oil- and grease-resistant. Mesh belts are also used in rinsing machines, for example to clean flower bulbs, potatoes, unions, fruit, etc….
Mesh belts are produced with the client in mind. Their design completely depends upon the way in which they are used, upon the product transported, and upon the circumstances. As it is essential that the mesh is sufficiently absorbent, the open areas are available in various dimensions. Mesh belts can be solidified with longitudinal or transverse edges of PVC/PU or PE. Naturally, we at REPA can fully equip the belts with cleats, tracking guides, anti-spill edges, sidewalls, connectors etc.
