Our CE-TRACK-ADJ is an adjustable and steerable trough idler composed of 3 parts. It has several unique characteristics:

It has two rotation direction options
For a maximum grip on the conveyor system, the rollers are standard equipped with hot-vulcanised cover material. This material is to a considerable degree dirt-resistant.
The lengths of the rollers always meet the DIN-standard
Conic side rollers are used, which make the frame respond instantly when the belt moves.
The angle of the trough can be adjusted from 5 up to and including 45 degrees, with intervals of 5 degrees.
The lower beam is adjustable in length.
The trough idler is adjustable in height.
